Dear Willow Lake Elementary Families,

My name is Kellie Brotherton and I am proud to introduce myself as the Principal of Willow Lake Elementary School. With over 16 years of dedicated experience in education, I have had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Principal, Academic Coach, and Elementary Teacher. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Western Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Education Administration from Butler University.

Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about staying active, exploring new places, and enjoying live music. I share my home with two delightful Goldendoodles who keep me busy and entertained. Additionally, I am an avid sports enthusiast, proudly supporting the NY Yankees, NY Giants, and Butler Basketball teams.

My commitment to urban education and ensuring that all students receive the highest quality education is unwavering. At Willow Lake Elementary, my goal is to create a welcoming and nurturing environment where every child and family feels valued and supported. It is an honor to be a part of the Lion family, and I look forward to working together to make this school year a successful and memorable one.
